Overview
This equipment mainly consists of homogenizing main pot(kettle's cover lifting together with the stirrer-
and overturn body), water-phase pot, oil-phase pot, agitators, vacuum system, electric heating/steam
heating system with temperature control, electrical control etc.
It is special equipment for making top grade cream, pharmaceutical ointment, unguent, shampoo, lotion etc.
Design Highlights
• The pot cover and the stirring system takes the form of automatic lift up & fall down.
• The material in water pot and oil pot is sucked into emulsifying pot is designed to be tilted over in case to dump products.
• Materials can be heated by electrical heater with help of heat-conductive medium.
• The heat temperature can be set and automatically controlled. Material cooling is available.
• It is easy to operate, and there is temperature insulation layer between inner and outer.
• The contacting parts are made of stainless steel (steel SUS316L is used for pharmaceutical purpose,and surface
mirror polished).
• With customized type vacuum stirrer equipment which can be in accordance with GMP standard.
• It is best for the production of ointment, cream, cosmetic, detergent, etc.
