Working Principle

By the feeding pump, the liquid materials will be processed by pre-dispersing and wetting. The materials with the

grinding media in cylinder is high-speed disperser agitation, so that the material of solid particles and grinding media

mutual produce more intense collision, friction, shear effect.

It achieves the goal of accelerating grinding fine grain and dispersive aggregate. After the abrasive dispersion,

the material separated by the dynamic separator and the grinding medium output from the discharge pipe.

This pin-rod type bead mill is especially suitable for the product with high viscosity and high particle size.
